Pumpkinville at Myriad Botanical Gardens

Myriad Botanical Gardens invites families to hit the road for a one-of-a-kind autumn adventure during Pumpkinville: Road to Route 66 presented by OG&E, a celebration inspired by the 100th anniversary of the historic Route 66. Running Thursday through Monday, Oct. 1–25, Pumpkinville transforms Myriad Botanical Gardens into a colorful fall destination featuring thousands of pumpkins, seasonal displays, family activities, and larger-than-life pumpkin murals inspired by some of Route 66’s most recognizable landmarks. Zombies! A Pop Culture Lab at Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History

Features a night of snacks, crafts, and creepy-cool adventures. Explore the galleries after dark and discover the real science behind one of your favorite movie monsters—zombies! Registration required.

Features the movie Hocus Pocus with free Halloween activities for the family. Free goodie bags, candy, games, and food trucks available. Costumes encouraged!

Haunt the Zoo at the Oklahoma City Zoo
2101 NE 50th St, OKC
Features themed booths displaying an array of family-friendly decorations and elaborate props, perfect for capturing photo moments and collecting treats from candy stations located along the Haunt the Zoo trail. Costumes encouraged. Adults can dress up too but nothing too scary, please. Zoo admission applies. Trick-or-treat bags, $10; members, $9. Saturday & Sunday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Curiousiday – Spooktacular at Sam Noble Museum
2401 Chautauqua Ave, Norman
Celebrate the spooky season with a scientific twist. Participate in hands-on activities, costume contests and even a few creepy surprises. Free with admission. 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

Fall Y’all Family Fun at the Oklahoma Hall of Fame
1400 Classen Dr, OKC
Features fall-themed crafts, story time, games and more. Story time is held every hour on the half hour. 10:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m.

Tricks, Treats & Hocus Pocus at Moore Central Park
301 S Howard Ave, Moore
Features lawn games, inflatables, balloon twisting, food trucks, and more. Costumes encouraged. After trick-or-treating, grab a spot on the lawn and stay for a special outdoor showing of Hocus Pocus.

FREE Paranormal Fest at the Downtown Library
300 Park Ave, OKC
Features all things paranormal with presentations by guest experts, vendor booths, children’s programming and a movie marathon. 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

HalloWest at National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum
1700 NE 63rd St, OKC
Features trick-or-treating, crafts, a maker space, face painting, historic re-enactors and more. Costumes are encouraged. See website for pricing. 5:30-8 p.m.
FREE Haunt the Harn at Harn Homestead
1721 N Lincoln Blvd, OKC
Features an outdoor trick-or-treating event with old-fashioned games and crafts. Friendly costumes are encouraged. Free to attend; tickets are required for kids ages 2 & up. 5-9 p.m.

Storybook Forest at Arcadia Lake

Features a fun, not-scary trail filled with roaming characters. Additional activities include storytime, concessions and a campfire. $5 per child; $15 per adult. 5:30-8:30 p.m.

Haunted Hollow Trunk-or-Treat at Choctaw Creek Park

Features The Haunted Hollow, with food, vendors, candy, games, contests, activities and more, and The Haunted Trails, a spine-chilling experience designed for teens and adults. Participation prices vary. 6-11 p.m.

FREE History Never Dies Halloween Carnival at the Oklahoma Territorial Museum
406 E Oklahoma Ave, Guthrie
Features a circus-themed Halloween carnival with games, food, candy and more. All ages welcome. Costumes encouraged. 4:30-7:30 p.m.
Spooktacular at Wildhorse Park
1201 N. Mustang Rd, Mustang
Features more than 50 carnival-style booths hosted by local businesses, schools, and community organizations offering games and candy for kids to enjoy, as well as giant inflatables, a life-size Monopoly game, train rides, a touch-a-truck area with police and fire vehicles, themed mazes, and a small themed car show.
Movie Night at Mollie Spencer Farm

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs for an evening under the stars to watch a timeless classic, The Wizard of Oz.
