Appetizer:
-Red pepper and balsamic bruschetta
Soup:
-Ribollita (white bean soup served with fresh Tuscan bread)
Choice of Entree:
-Chicken cacciatore (braised chicken in tomato sauce with mushrooms, red peppers and fresh herbs served with roasted potatoes or angel hair pasta tossed in olive oil, fresh herbs and spices)
-Polpette and spaghetti (Italian meatballs served over spaghetti noodles tossed in house-made tomato sauce)
-Verdure and angel hair pasta (roasted mushroom, brocolli, spinach and onions tossed in angel hair pasta and house-made tomato sauce)
Choice of Dessert:
-Zuccotto (sponge cake filled with whipped cream, fresh berries, toasted hazelnuts, bits of toffee and covered with a chocolate ganache)
-Limoncello tiramisu (ladyfingers paired with a limoncello mascarpone and topped with toasted almonds)
