A classic tale of good versus evil, The Firebird tells the story of a prince, his beautiful princess and the magical bird that saves them. Prince Ivan discovers a group of beautiful maidens held captive by an evil sorcerer. His only hope for their rescue is an enchanting bird who gifts him with a single magical feather.
Artistic Director Robert Mills updates this classic tale of good and evil which features an exotic score by Igor Stravinsky.
