Oklahoma author Kent Frates will sign his latest book at Full Circle Bookstore. A Dubious Collection compiles Oklahoma-centric stories based on Frates’ experiences as a lawyer and state legislature. The characters may be comedic or tragic, but they are always colorful. The book also features illustrations by noted Oklahoma artist Patrick Riley.
