FIRST® (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is a youth-serving non-profit advancing STEM education for students ages 4-18. FIRST® inspires young people to be science and technology leaders and innovators by engaging them in exciting mentor-based, research and robotics programs that build science, engineering and technology skills. Students gain self-confidence, teamwork, communication and leadership skills as they enjoy hands-on learning, working as a team on real-life problems and exposure to STEAM-based career opportunities.
