Geekapalooza: A STEAM Festival for Kids

November 05, 2022 to November 05, 2022
10:00 AM until 02:00 PM

Geekapalooza brings families together to experience how Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math (STEAM) is fun for everyone. Now in its seventh year, Geekapalooza: STEAM Festival for Kids is once again hosted by MetroFamily Magazine and Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma. This year’s event will be in person at the new, state-of-the-art urban camp, Camp Trivera, 2508 NE 50th St, Oklahoma City.

Geekapaolooza encourages kids of all ages to learn about STEAM topics through hands-on expo booths hosted by local organizations and short interactive ongoing workshops about subjects such as robotics, the science of flight, coding and geoscience. There will be robotics demonstrations, musical performers and hands-on fun everywhere. All it takes is a “spark” of interest to launch a child in a direction that can impact him or her for a lifetime. Geekapalooza is designed to generate that spark and inspire action!

Tickets go on sale on September 26, 2022. For the best price, get your tickets in advance, $8 per child and $5 per adult. They will also be available at the door for $10 per child and $5 per adult.

Find details here.

Whether it’s just for a few hours or to last a lifetime, enjoy STEAM together at Geekapalooza. We hope to see you there!
