Date/Time

March 19, 2022 to March 19, 2022
10:00 AM until 03:00 PM

Description

At this free family festival, attendees will explore historic and modern farm life, as well as how food gets to our tables. Families will experience perspectives from Colonial America to modern day with hands-on activities for visitors of all ages. This event will be held predominately outdoors and admission is free to the public.

The festival will offer a multitude of educational opportunities and experiences, including cooking and nutrition demonstrations, livestock, construction methods, various crafts and storytime. In addition, there will be several Made-in-Oklahoma vendors present that will illustrate how their products are created and distributed. Several food trucks will be on-site to offer a wide variety of items for lunch at the festival. Entertainment will be offered on the main stage for much of the festival. Mallory Eagle, a well-known native Oklahoman performer and Nashville recording artist, will perform traditional and original music from 10:30 a.m. to noon. The Bottom of the Barrel Band will close out the day performing its high-energy folk music from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
