March 2 is Dr. Suess’ birthday! In honor of him and the forthcoming cinematic debut of his popular book "The Lorax", here is how you and your child can make some Truffula Trees of your own.
Supplies:
- Glue
- Cotton balls
- Markers
- Pipe cleaners
Directions:
- Use the markers to dot color onto the cotton balls.
- Glue the cotton ball on top of the pipe cleaner.
- "Plant" your new Truffula Trees in green play dough or display them in a vase.
