Outdoor Movie & Concert Lineup

Long summer days lead to warm summer nights and a few extra hours to enjoy outdoor fun! To help fill those extra hours, here is a list of outdoor movies and concerts happening across the Oklahoma City metro. Pack up the family and a bottle of bug spray and head out to enjoy a flick or some tunes under the stars.

Outdoor Concerts happening across the metro:

FREE Concerts in the Park at Hafer Park (1034 S. Bryant, Edmond) on Thursdays, June through August, 6:15-8:45 p.m.

FREE Concerts in the Park at Chisholm Trail Park (500 W Vandament, Yukon) features a series of FREE concerts of a variety of musical genres including country, classic rock, patriotic, classical and pop every Thursday night between June 7 – August 2. 7 -8:30 p.m.

POSTPONED – FREE Nichols Hills Band Concert at Kite Park (Bedford Dr, Nichols Hills) features an old-fashion, outdoor performance under the the gazebo in Kite Park on the third Thursday of June, July & August. 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.

CANCELED – FREE Summer Nights Concert Series at Central Park Amphitheater in Moore (700 S Broadway, Moore) on select Friday nights in June & July, 8 – 10 p.m.

FREE Concert in the Park at Charles Johnson Park (29th & Mid-America Blvd, Midwest City) features a 70s-themed concert, food trucks and more. Held Aug. 15. 

FREE Sunday Twilight Concert Series presented by Arts Council of Oklahoma City on Sundays June through August from 7:30-9 p.m. livestreaming from The Jones Assembly on Facebook.

FREE Summer Breeze Concert Series broadcast on KGOU Radio at 106.3 FM in Norman, 105.7 FM in OKC and Apple Music on select Sunday evenings June – August. 7:30 p.m.

FREE Sunday Twilight Concert Series presented by Arts Council of Oklahoma City on Sundays June through August from 7:30-9 p.m. livestreaming from The Jones Assembly on Facebook.

POSTPONED – Third Thursdays at Oklahoma City Museum of Art (415 Couch Dr) features  art activities, live music, refreshments and more. Enjoy indoor and outdoor activities including on the Roof Terrace, weather permitting. $12. On the third Thursday of each month, 5 – 9 p.m.

 

Outdoor Movies happening across the metro:

CANCELED – FREE SONIC Summer Movies at Scissortail Park Love’s Travel Stage and Great Lawn (415 S Robinson Ave) on select Wednesdays in July  & August, 8-10 p.m.

Dive-In Movies at The Station at Central Park (700 S Broadway, Moore) features pool-side movies and swimming. June 5 & July 14 at 8:30.

FREE Movies in the Park at Central Park Amphitheater (700 S Broadway, Moore) on Friday, Aug. 7 & Sept. 18. Activities begin at 7 p.m.; movie at 9 p.m. Concessions available: popcorn, FREE; snow cones, $1.

FREE Movie Night @ the Park at Mitch Park in Edmond. Movies start at dusk. Food and concessions available for purchase. No outside food or drinks allowed. On select Fridays.

CANCELED – FREE Outdoor Movie Series at Lions Park (450 S Flood Ave, Norman) features a FREE outdoor screening of popular movies, inflatables,music and more on select Fridays all summer long. Activities begin at 7 p.m.; movie at sundown.

 

Still to be announced for 2020:

Saints Sessions at Saints in the Plaza District (1715 NW 16th St) features local and touring Jazz musicians every Thursday. $10. 8 – 10 p.m.

FREE Hudiburg Summer Music Series At RIVERSPORT Adventure Park (800 Riversport Dr) features live music and craft beer & cocktails on Saturdays in June & July. 2 – 6 p.m.

FREE Deep Deuce Sessions in Downtown (121 NE 2nd St) features a live music art walk with local artist perform at multiple venues. Last Saturday of the month, 7 – 10 p.m.

Dive-In Movies at Hurricane Harbor (3908 W Reno, OKC) on Fridays in July. Movies start at dusk. FREE with park admission.
