Operation: Phone Cards

Reading Time: < 1 minute

All Panera Bread bakery-cafes in the Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Springfield, MO, and Northwest Arkansas markets are joining forces with Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc to collect phone cards for troops.

On Friday, May 6, 2011, guests are being asked to bring in a phone card with a minimum value of $5 and in exchange, guests will receive a $5 Panera Bread gift card (limit one gift card per guest, please). Cash donations, which will be used to purchase additional phone cards, will also be accepted. The Blue Star Mothers will distribute the phone cards to the brave men and women who serve our country. Phone cards may be dropped off and exchanged for a Panera Bread gift card at all participating Panera Bread locations in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Southwest Missouri.

Panera Bread locations in the Oklahoma City area include, 3321 NW Expressway, 4401 W. Memorial, 6800 N. Western, 2035 S. Meridian, and 10600 S. Penn in Oklahoma City, along with 1472 S. Bryant in Edmond, 7199 SE 29th St. in Midwest City and 2200 W. Main in Norman.
