Oklahoma’s Private School Tax Credits Unveiled

After much debate, the state’s new private school tax credit program is underway and open for applications. To help parents understand more about this program, we’ve asked a series of questions of Oklahoma Watch education reporter Jennifer Palmer. In this article, she provides insight into how the credits work, who is eligible, how public schools will be impacted and how parents can apply for this refundable tax credit of $5,000 to $7,500 for private school tuition and fees.
