Local Family-Friendly Museums & Attractions
American Banjo Museum offers four membership levels ranging from individual, family ($75) and lifetime options. Members enjoy complimentary unlimited admission for one year and a host of other benefits.
Edmond History Museum offers seven membership levels ranging from student, family and business options. Families get to enjoy gift shop discounts, exclusive member-only events, discount event tickets and more for $60/year.
First Americans Museum members enjoy unlimited admission, invitations to members-only previews, a FAM tote bag, and 10% discount to the store, cafe, restaurant, classes and camps. The FAMhousehold membership includes 2 adults and up to 4 kids under the age of 18. Other options available.
Factory Obscura members enjoy unlimited entry to Mix-Tape one year from purchase date, collectable bracelets, discounted tickets to special events, and gift cards to local restaurants. Family membership includes 2 adults and 3 kids for $185 with options to add members.
Frontier City and Hurricane Harbor Season Pass: Two-park season pass holders enjoy unlimited park visits, free parking and more. Pricing starts at $59.99 for a limited time.
Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art offers three levels of membership ranging from basic to benefactor. Family Membership ($50) includes unlimited admission for two adults and children in the household for a year, discounts to the gift shop and more.
Myriad Botanical Gardens: Family memberships for up to 6 people start at $85 and includes free admission and other perks.
National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum: Family membership is $100. Members get free admission for two adults and four children 17 & under for a year plus exclusive previews, special member event pricing and discounts to The Museum Grill and Persimmon Hill, in-store or online.
Oklahoma City Museum of Art: All children 17 and under are always free at the museum. Membership for two adults is $100/year. Other levels available. Members can enjoy free general admission as well as special events and excursions, exclusive screenings and more.
Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden: Memberships start at $60.
Oklahoma Historical Society (Oklahoma History Center and other museums around the state): Family membership, $75 (admission for member and all family members up to 8 per visit).
Sam Noble Museum (Norman): Family membership includes free admission for 2 adults and 4 complimentary guest passes. Children under 18 are also complimentary. Members enjoy discounts on certain programs and camps, invitations to exclusive members-only events, complimentary OU Gameday parking, etc. $45/year.
Scissortail Park Foundation: Benefits include free boat rentals and roller skating, as well as discounts on concessions at The Perch boathouse café and Scissortail Park branded merchandise. Members also save at local community partners. Family membership is $75 for 2 adults and up to 4 children.
Venture Pass: $49.95/person for admission to a variety of local venues including Incredible Pizza, Arctic Edge, Altitude 1291 and more.
Seasonal Memberships:
Pelican Bay Aquatic Center (Edmond): Season Passes are $65/person or $250/family for 4+ family members living in same household.
RIVERSPORT Adventures: Season passes begin at $160 and pass holders get to enjoy surfing, an expanded bike park and family tubing, plus all your faves like whitewater rafting, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, the Youth Zone, Sky Trail, Sky Slides and more. RIVERSPORT is open seasonal hours, March through October.
The Station Aquatic Center (Moore) Family season passes are $160 and include 2 adults and all youth under 21 living in the same home.
Museums outside of the OKC area:
*Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum (Seminole): Family Membership (free admission for cardholder and five guests), $125. Other options available.
*Leonardo’s Children’s Museum (Enid) has a variety of memberships to customize your benefits with the basic family level costing $180. Members can enjoy unlimited admission for a year, discounts, special events and more.
Oklahoma Aquarium (Jenks) offers four levels of membership to their all-indoor facility. The family membership (for 2 adults, 4 children) is $165 with members enjoying unlimited free admission, members-only sneak previews and discounts on special events, admission for additional guests and discounts at the gift shop.
*Discovery Lab (Tulsa) offers a variety of membership levels for families. The family membership (for 2 adults, 2 children) is $155. Members get unlimited admission for one year, express entry during peak times, special events and discounts to camps and rentals.
Tulsa Air and Space Museum & Planetarium (Tulsa) Offers four levels of membership, including the Aviator that allows free general admission for 2 named adults and up to 4 named children under the age of 18. Members will also enjoy unlimited planetarium shows per visit, early bird access to special events and discounts when available, and TASM store discount.
* Indicates museum is eligible for the Oklahoma Museum Network Affiliate Membership Upgrade. Members at one of these museums can pay $55 more to boost their membership to all participating museums and receive five free admissions at all of the participating museums including Science Museum Oklahoma, Leonardo’s Children’s Museum in Enid, Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum in Seminole, Tulsa’s Children Museum (Discovery Lab) and Museum of the Great Plains in Lawton.
