Local museums and other attractions offer a wealth of unique learning opportunities not to mention family fun. Below you’ll find a list of deals and memberships that, if purchased and used frequently, can save your family money which especially comes in handy during the summer! American Banjo Museum offers four membership levels ranging from individual, family ($75) and lifetime options. Members enjoy complimentary unlimited admission for one year, a lapel pin, quarterly newsletter and special access to ABM archives and a 10% discount to the museum’s store.

AMF Bowling Summer Games Bowling Pass: Get three games and shoes for the price of one game. Available certain days/hours at AMF Boulevard Lanes (3501 S. Boulevard, Edmond) and AMF Windsor Lanes (4600 North West 23rd St., OKC).

Andy Alligator’s Water Park Season Pass: $39.99 for season pass; Platinum Season Pass is $14.99 a month.

Edmond Historical Society & Museum offers four membership levels ranging from student, family and business options. Families get to enjoy gift shop discounts, exclusive member-only events, discount event tickets and more for $60/year.

Frontier City and White Water Bay Season Pass: $$81.99 plus tax per person

Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art offers three levels of membership ranging from basic to benefactor. Family Membership ($50) includes unlimited admission for two adults and children in the household for a year, discounts to the gift shop and more.

Myriad Botanical Gardens: Family membership for four adults and four children is $65 and include free admission and other perks.

National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum: Family membership is $75 (free admission for a family of six). Might be a good thing to consider if you’re attending one of their biggest events of the year, Chuck Wagon Festival over Memorial Day weekend. (Admission for ages 13 and up costs $15/day at the event.)

Oklahoma City Museum of Art: Family memberships include free admission for two adults and all children in the household, starting at $85/year. Other levels available. Families can enjoy free general admission for two adults and all children in the household as well as private tours, special events and excursions, exclusive screenings and more.

Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden: Family memberships are $120 an include free admission for 2 adults up to 5 children. Other levels available.

Oklahoma Historical Society (Oklahoma History Center and other museums around the state): Family membership, $75 (admission for member and all family members up to 12 per visit).

Pelican Bay Aquatic Center (Edmond): Season Passes are $60/person or $52/person for purchases of four or more. Edmond residents (with Edmond utility bill) are $55/person.

Sam Noble Museum (Norman): Family membership includes free admission and discounts on certain events and camps, etc. $45/year.

*Science Museum Oklahoma: Silver 2 (2 members; $105/year); Silver 6 (6 members; $165/year).

Skate Galaxy OKC: Day Skate Pass available for $40 seasonally. Includes free admission to summer day skate sessions Skate rental is not included. Limited to one entry per pass per person.

SKELETONS: Museum of Osteology offers four levels of membership including individual and family options. Members enjoy unlimited admission for a year, discounts on birthday parties and in the gift store, special invitations to events and new exhibits and more.

Venture Pass: $59.95 to $149.95/person for admission to a variety of local venues including White Water Bay, Frontier City, SKELETONS Museum of Osteology, Andy Alligator’s, Incredible Pizza, OU athletics, OKC Blue and more.

Museums outside of the OKC area:

*Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum (Seminole): Family Membership (free admission for cardholder and five guests), $120. Other options available.

*Leonardo’s Children’s Museum (Enid) has a variety of memberships to customize your benefits with the basic family level costing $144. Members can enjoy unlimited admission for a year, discounts, special events and more.

Oklahoma WONDERtorium (Stillwater) offers a variety of membership levels for families including a grandparent option. The standard family membership start at $100 plus tax. Members enjoy free admission, special member-only events, discounts and more.

Oklahoma Aquarium (Jenks) offers four levels of membership to their all-indoor facility. The family membership (for 2 adults, 4 children) is $140 with members enjoying unlimited free admission, members-only sneak previews and discounts on special events, admission for additional guests and discounts at the gift shop.

*Discovery Lab offers a variety of membership levels for families. Members get unlimited admission for one year, express entry during peak times, special events and discounts to camps and rentals.

* Indicates museum is eligible for the Oklahoma Museum Network Affiliate Membership Upgrade. Members at one of these museums can pay $55 more to boost the membership to all participating museums and receive five free admissions at all of the participating museums including Science Museum Oklahoma, Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum in Seminole, Tulsa’s Children Museum (Discovery Lab) and Museum of the Great Plains in Lawton.
