Wellspring Weekend is for parents and caregivers - couples and individuals living in Oklahoma. Enjoy a free hotel stay and engaging sessions, as well as delicious food and new friendships. Wellspring provides a time to connect, tools and resources to strengthen your family, and a chance to get away and refuel in a safe and welcoming environment. We strive to inspire community support, personal growth, and hope.  

This experience is for parents and caregivers only. Children and dependents do not attend the weekend; however, a stipend is available to help offset the cost of care.
