First annual TriCord Ruck & Run is a combination trail run and rucking event to bring the two sporting groups together. This event sponsored by TriCord Ranch Foundation is to bring awareness to challenges Oklahomans face when processing trauma and managing PTSD. TriCord Ranch Foundation is an Oklahoma City 501c3 which provides holistic trauma treatment options.  All proceeds go to directly support Oklahoma's military, veterans, and their families. Participants can choose from 10K, 5K, or 1 mile Fun Ruck, run or walk, with or without carrying weight. Come meet fellow Oklahomas, enjoy food from the 4 trucks scheduled, visit the 15+ vendors, grab your swab, hang out, and have some community fun. Event is free for spectators, only race and Fun Ruck participants have to pay to participant.
