Description
Geared for 12-year-olds and up, this yoga class for teens will focus on exploring the benefits and practice of yoga in an open, laid-back environment. Learn tools for managing stress, building resilience, cultivating self-awareness and increasing compassion. Each class will be built around a different theme every week and include pranayama (breathing), asana (physical postures) and mindfulness.
This class is for any teen interested in yoga, whether it’s for the first time or part of a continuing practice.
