• 4 pm – Boomer Lake Park and boat ramp close to vehicle and boat traffic; Harned Road closes
• 6 pm – Food trucks open
• 7 pm – Lakeview Bridge closes
• 8 pm – Stillwater Radio begins their two-hour live remote broadcast on Hot 93.7 FM
• 9:30 pm – Fireworks begin
• 11:30 pm – Park reopens to traffic
