RestoreOKC 10th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, October 3

RestoreOKC is celebrating 10 years of community transformation with TEN(d): A Decade of Restoration, a free neighborhood festival on Saturday, October 3, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at RestoreOKC, 2222 NE 27th Street in Oklahoma City. For the past decade, RestoreOKC has worked alongside neighbors, community leaders, donors and partners in Northeast Oklahoma City to cultivate restoration and opportunity through interconnected efforts in health, housing, education and employment, always centering the strengths, leadership and vision already present within the community.

The 10th Anniversary Celebration will honor what has been grown together while casting a vision for the decade ahead, transforming the neighborhood into a vibrant, large-scale festival featuring food trucks, campus tours, mural painting, a historical walk, a kids zone, local and regional artists, storytelling installations and live music. Oklahoma City’s own Jabee opens the afternoon with a live performance in Harden Park at 1:00pm. Following right after, local Soul/R&B artist Ckai Dawson will take the stage at Harden Park at 2 p.m., followed by a 3 p.m. anniversary presentation led by RestoreOKC Co-Founder and CEO Caylee Dodson and Board Chair Kori Hall celebrating the organization’s decade of impact. The afternoon will culminate with a 3:30 p.m. headlining performance from Billboard-charting artist, speaker and filmmaker Tedashii, whose work explores identity, faith, resilience and purpose.
