Yoga is an excellent option during pregnancy. It can help to soothe aches and pains, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and prepare you for childbirth and motherhood. In the class at This Land Yoga, they focus on lengthening and strengthening muscles, soothing common pregnancy discomforts, and teaching proper breathing and relaxation techniques. This class fosters deep connection: connect to your body, bond with your baby, and with other women in our community.
