CASA of Oklahoma County is inviting all nonprofits from around the Oklahoma City area to a socially distance picnic at Scissortail Park to celebrate National Nonprofit Day. The awareness day, first celebrated in 2017, celebrates the contributions made by nonprofit organizations to benefit communities.

The picnic event is a great opportunity for the public to become engaged as well. Nonprofits are invited to bring flyers and pamphlets to pass out to anyone who wants to learn more about nonprofits in the area.  Those in attendance will include Cleats for Kids, the Police Athletic League, and Pivot, among others.

Nonprofits who want to participate can RSVP to Charlie Ludden at Charlie.Ludden@casaofokco.org, but no RSVP is required.
