Features a free screening including a risk survey, blood pressure check, body mass index (BMI) measurement, an opportunity to speak with a healthcare professional and free educational materials. For individuals at risk, attendees can also participate in an ACR urine test for albumin. Additional health resource vendors will also be on site including free consultations with a clinician, dietitian and resources from community partners.
