Clark Ovrebo, professor emeritus of biology at the University of Central Oklahoma, will discuss the proper ways to collect and study mushrooms, and some common fungi of Oklahoma. Attendees will learn about edible, medicinal and toxic species, with a focus on their identification and safe foraging practices.
