Description
Native American Chef Sonny Fields (Pawnee) will discuss the importance of traditional foodways in indigenous cultures and demonstrates how to make a special dish. After the presentation, enjoy samples to supplement your sack lunch.
The program begins at 10:30 a.m. and is approximately one hour. Suitable for elementary students. Preregister by April 19.
