Schedule:

11AM - 12PM – Locomotion: How Animals Move – Recommended ages: 6 & Up

Locomotion: How Animals Move familiarizes students with a key feature of animal survival; locomotion. Much can be learned from observing the bones associated with motion: diet, predator-prey relationships, etc. Real and replicas bones are used in this class.

3PM - 4PM – Animal CSI – Recommended ages: 10 & Up

Read the bones to discover the story written in them. Students will be introduced to the world of forensic science and learn how to identify pathologies (evidence of trauma and disease) found on a variety of animal bones.
