Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma will host a Fall Festival and Sign-Up Event for parents of girls interested in joining a local Girl Scout Troop from 2 to 3:30 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 12 at Mitch Park, located at 1501 Covell Rd.

Lynette Blevins, GSWESTOK membership specialist, will present information on how for more than 100 years Girl Scouts has been providing opportunities for girls to grow through friendships, mentoring and adventures.

The event will also feature a hot chocolate bar and pumpkin catapulting. For those girls who are ready to join, immediate placement in a troop is available.
