Parents of girls interested in learning about Girl Scouts and ways to participate are invited to attend an information and sign-up event hosted by Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma (GSWESTOK) from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11 at Norman Library East, 3051 Alameda St. Attendees will learn about GSWESTOK’s wide variety of programming, from science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM) experiences to summer camps and travel opportunities. Girl Scouts is open to girls in kindergarten through 12th grade.
