Girl Scouts is open to girls from kindergarten through 12th grade. Girl Scouts learn important life skills, benefiting girls in these five areas: strong sense of self, positive values, challenge seeking, healthy relationships and community problem-solving.
In recent years, the organization has deepened its focus on science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), helping prepare girls for careers once unavailable to them. Girl Scouts also learn business skills and entrepreneurship through the Girl Scout Cookie program.
