Description
Tai chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Learn basic forms, slow and even movements along with proper breathing techniques.
Instructed by Ling Miller. All levels welcome.
Wear comfortable clothes to move in and flat shoes for balancing on one foot. Chairs available upon request.
