Description
Yoga is beneficial for all ages but can be especially impactful when family members practice together.ย ย Yogaย exercises promote strength, flexibility and balance. The activities we teach improve resilience, self-regulation (the ability to identify and deal with emotions in aย positive way) and attention restoration.
The classes are taught by Heather Geis Lensgraf, RYT-500. Heather is passionate about teaching yoga because she believes it is a path to lifelong wellness. She has also been a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist for over 30 years which informs her yoga teaching.
