Description
Yoga is beneficial for all ages but can be especially impactful when family members practice together. Yoga exercises promote strength, flexibility and balance. The activities we teach improve resilience, self-regulation (the ability to identify and deal with emotions in a positive way) and attention restoration.
The classes are taught by Heather Geis Lensgraf, RYT-500. Heather is passionate about teaching yoga because she believes it is a path to lifelong wellness. She has also been a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist for over 30 years which informs her yoga teaching.
