AARP Oklahoma is hosting an interactive telephone town hall focused on the new tax credit available for qualifying unpaid family caregivers, the Caring for Caregivers Act, on February 1 at 10 a.m. CST. AARP Oklahoma State Director Sean Voskuhl, House Majority Leader Tammy West and Nadine Walter from the Oklahoma Department of Health will explain how the Caring for Caregivers Act can help family caregivers, walk through eligibility requirements for the tax credit, answer questions, and share resources for family caregivers.

The panelists will field questions from telephone town participants and respond to Facebook comments.
