To help Oklahomans navigate these important life questions, SSM Health at Home is offering a series of free advance care planning seminars to walk through related decisions and documentation, or the process known as advance care planning. In accordance with National Healthcare Decision Day, SSM Health will host a special two-hour in-person session Wednesday, April 17 at 1 p.m. The event will be held on the SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital campus in Midtown Oklahoma City.

SSM Health at Home will offer a one-hour online-only session accessible via any Internet-enabled device Wednesday, May 1 at 6:30 p.m., and Oklahomans from across the state are invited to dial in.

Each class is free, open to the public and is designed to provide value for Oklahomans regardless of age, location or where they receive their care.
