Downtown's West Village district invites the community to the launch of its vibrant summer event series, "Fourth Fridays," beginning Friday, May 22, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. This free monthly celebration transforms the district into an open-air festival featuring live music, local artisans, and family activities through October. 

Centered along historic Film Row, Fourth Fridays offer something for everyone. Each month, Lee Avenue will feature a variety of theme block party nights. Save the dates for the following May 22, Block party kick off month, June 26 Puerto Rican festival, July 24, Out West Music fest, August 28 Reggae Fest, September 25 Slamtober Fest, October 23 Halloween and Dia de Los Muertos Altar Displays. May’s live acts include jazz blues superstar Kent Burnside at Dunlap Codding on Film Row, with additional entertainment and local vendor pop-ups curated in partnership with Core4 Brewing Company.
