Three Oklahoma students who currently serve on State Superintendent Joy Hofmeister’s Student Advisory Council join us to talk about their work on the council in affecting state-level initiatives in public education, what it’s been like to attend school during a pandemic and their visions for the future of public education in Oklahoma. They share concerns and solutions regarding mental health resources, proper funding for public schools, improved resources for teachers and education equity.
