Summertime Storytellers is the perfect summer camp for young creatives! Students will spend a short amount of focused time with experienced instructors putting together a musical production. This unique model promotes teamwork, self-discipline, and strong communication skills. There are 3 camp offerings for different age groups from 4-19.

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee: Calling juniors and seniors! This production is for our upperclassmen only, allowing the instructors to give a more individualized focus to each studentโ€™s experience. Put together this small cast show in just two weeks and dive deep into the world of singing, dancing, and acting. An eclectic group of six mid-pubescents vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home lives, the tweens spell their way through a series of (potentially made-up) words, hoping never to hear the soul-crushing, pout-inducing, life un-affirming "ding" of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves a champion!

Dare to Dream JR: Enhance theatrical performance skills through acting, dance, and music in just 30 hours! Young artists will work with highly qualified instructors as they develop a full production including the use of set, microphones, costumes, and props. Drawing from a century of beloved Disney films, DARE TO DREAM JR. features songs appearing for the first time ever in a Disney stage musical, including fan-favorites from The Princess and the Frog, Coco, Encanto, and Frozen II. This musical revue is a thrilling mix of contemporary songs, timeless classics, and brand-new medleys that are sure to surprise and delight Disney lovers of all ages.

Big Fish: School Edition: Enhance theatrical performance skills through acting, dance, and music in just 50 hours! Young artists will work with highly-qualified instructors as they develop a full production including the use of set, microphones, costumes, and props. Based on the celebrated novel by Daniel Wallace and the acclaimed film directed by Tim Burton, BIG FISH tells the story of Edward Bloom, a traveling salesman who lives life to its fullestโ€ฆand then some.
