The Redbud Classic is an Oklahoma City tradition involving the community through fun, fitness and philanthropy. Since 1983, the Redbud Classic, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization, has welcomed the entire community to its exciting fitness activities. Events include 10-mile and 30-mile bike tours, 50-mile Fondo, Kids' Fun Run, Woof Walk, along with 5k and 10k timed running events and a 2-mile walk and baby stroller derby. The Redbud Classic is committed to safely providing fun events for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Each year, the Redbud partners with another local non-profit to serve as a beneficiary. The Redbud has partnered with over 30 local charitable organizations giving nearly $1 million in race proceeds.
