The Oklahoma Beef Council (OBC) is a non-profit 501(c)(5) organization working for the farming and ranching families of Oklahoma, created in 1975 by representatives of the beef industry in Oklahoma. The council's mission is to strength beef demand in the domestic and global marketplace.
