May the 4th Be With You: 5 Fun Ways to celebrate Star Wars Day in OKC

Hone in on your inner Jedi or indulge your dark side with local family fun! Here are 5 ways to celebrate Star Wars Day in OKC.

May 4

FREE Comic Book Day at Participating Retailers (various locations). Retailers across the country offer a free comic book to all customers to introduce new readers to the comic book medium. A selection of Star Wars comics may be available a select retailers.

FREE May the 4th Be With You Celebration at the Northwest Library (5600 NW 122nd St) features crafts and fun activities inspired by your favorite Star Wars characters. Costumes are encouraged, but not required. All ages welcome.

FREE Jedi Yoga at Myriad Gardens (301 W Reno Ave) features  a fun Star Wars themed yoga class in honor of May the 4th Be With You Day. Costumes encouraged. 2 – 3 p.m.

Norman Mother & Son Spring Dance at Embassy Suites (2501 Conference Dr) features a Star Wars themed dance for sons of all ages and the special ladies in their lives. A ticket is required for each person attending the dance. $15, 4:30 & 7 p.m.

May the 4th Be With You Activities at Mustang Town Center (1201 W Mustang Rd, Mustang) features games, crafts, refreshments, meet and greet with popular characters, Jedi training and more. $5; parents, free. 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
