Homemade Yogurt Pops
- 3/4 c plain, low fat yogurt
- 3/4 c 100% fruit juice
- fresh fruit, optional but recommended
Combine the juice and yogurt in a bowl and have fun trying out any flavor combination you like. Add chopped fruit and fold gently until combined. Pour the mix into small paper cups. Cover with plastic wrap and cut a small slit. Stick a popsicle stick in the center and freeze until solid. If you can’t find popsicle sticks, plastic spoons for forks will work too.
