Description

First opened in 2021, this museum helps visitorsย experience the collective histories, culturalย diversity and contributions of the 39 distinctiveย First American Nations in Oklahoma today.

Schools and youth-serving organizations are invited to bring students in grades 3โ€“12 to the museum. Requests for field trips must be made no fewer than three weeks in advance, and space is first-come, first-served. Lunchrooms are available during the school yearโ€”field trip groups are permitted to bring their own lunches. Microwaves and refrigerators are not provided.

FAM also offers weeklong sessions that highlight First American values through hands-on activities. FAMcamps run 9 a.m.โ€“4 p.m. with optional extended care. Registration begins March 31, 2025!
