First opened in 2021, this museum helps visitorsย experience the collective histories, culturalย diversity and contributions of the 39 distinctiveย First American Nations in Oklahoma today.
Schools and youth-serving organizations are invited to bring students in grades 3โ12 to the museum. Requests for field trips must be made no fewer than three weeks in advance, and space is first-come, first-served. Lunchrooms are available during the school yearโfield trip groups are permitted to bring their own lunches. Microwaves and refrigerators are not provided.
FAM also offers weeklong sessions that highlight First American values through hands-on activities. FAMcamps run 9 a.m.โ4 p.m. with optional extended care. Registration begins March 31, 2025!
