Description

Explore history with hands-on fun

Harn Homestead is a popular field trip destination where families can 'Step Back in Time' to the early days of Oklahoma Territory. With six historic buildings including a Queen Anne style Victorian, a 1904 Dairy Barn, a replica 1890s cabin, a Farmhouse, and the small Shepherd home; visitors can experience a bit of what life was like at the turn of the century in the future state capitol, Oklahoma City.

Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for seniors, students and children. Kids (3 & under) are free.

Harn Homestead is part of the fabric of our state’s history and who we are, and I think it’s important for children to grow up knowing that. It’s definitely a field trip that reaches the heart. Denise Fowler, Clegern Elementary
