Spring Break Camps can offer your child a way to explore new topics and learn new skills outside of the classroom. From day camps to week-long camps, this comprehensive guide to the educational camps being offered in and around the OKC metro can help your child make the most of Spring Break—and have fun doing it! Please note that many camps fill quickly and early registration is generally required. G.O.T.C.H.A. Spring Break Adventure Camp at Camp DaKaNi (3309 E Hefner Rd). Campers will be given challenges that teach critical thinking skill, such as collaboration, communication, and creativity. Jurassic ARTventure Spring Break Camp at Oklahoma Contemporary (3000 General Pershing Blvd) explores the shapes, sizes and textures of dinosaurs, based on the work of special artist and puppeteer John Rosengrant. Each camper will create their own dinosaur suit and then work together to make a volcano installation. Sewing Camp at the Oklahoma County  OSU Cooperation Extension Service (2500 NE 63rd St). Kids ages 10 - 19 can learn how to sew or sharpen their sewing skills. Spring Break Camps at Soccer City (4520 Old Farm Rd) offer kids a chance to learn the basics or fine tune their soccer skills. Adventure Week at the Myriad Gardens (301 W. Reno) for children and their caregivers. Each day's activities run from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and follow different themes: Mad Science Monday, Touch-A-Truck Tuesday, Workshop Wednesday and Theatrical Thursday. Outdoor Wilderness Camp at Southern Oaks Center (400 SW 66th St) teaches kids ages 8 – 15 about camping and hiking basics, outdoor safety, orienteering, plant and animal identification, outdoor survival skills and more.
