Ingredients:
- One-half pound JC Potter sage flavored sausage – browned
- One-half cup each diced red pepper and onion
- One-half cup shredded Braum’s cheese
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
Sauté red pepper and onion in olive oil. Add the browned sausage. Whisk the eggs, and add to the sausage, pepper and onion mixture. Transfer to a greased casserole dish or a cast iron skillet and top with the cheese. Bake in a 350 oven until set, and serve immediately.
