Western Gateway Elementary offers a dual-language, cross-cultural immersion experience where students become bilingual and bi-literate as they progress through their elementary grade levels. Together, classmates will learn to speak, learn, and write in two languages: English and Spanish. Students will grow in confidence, creativity and competency as they learn about their world – and as they develop a sense of community and belonging at Western Gateway Elementary.
Families of students entering pre-K through second grade are encouraged to apply. Head of School Heather Zacarias is available this Tuesday and Wednesday to discuss Western Gateway’s unique approach to learning, offer tours of the new facilities and showcase students being taught in both English and Spanish.
