This letter comes to you on behalf of the students of Oklahoma Christian Academy in Edmond, Oklahoma. Since it’s inception in 1987, Oklahoma Christian Academy has experienced continual growth each year and now serves close to 340 students in grades PK-4 through 12th grade. As we assess our needs over the next 5 years, we are challenged with the task of providing our students with the research tools necessary to compete in today’s world. We have determined that the need to enhance our computer labs, science labs and library are a great priority in the coming year.

In an effort to provide adequate funding to meet our goals, we are conducting our fourth annual OCA Foundation Auction. Our annual event is attended by over 300 people. This year’s catered event will take place on May 3, 2008 in the Gaylord University Center on the campus of Oklahoma Christian University.

To make our event a successful fundraiser, we are seeking sponsorship and/or auction items. We are looking for sponsors to help defray the costs of the event. These sponsors will be recognized in all auction advertising materials, as well as materials used during the event. If you are unable to act as a sponsor, there is another option. We are seeking donations that could be part of either the live or silent auction.

We realize that you are inundated with similar requests and that your resources are limited. We simply ask that you prayerfully consider helping us reach our goals. Please send all donations to the address listed below, in care of the auction chair. If you are in the local area, a time can be arranged to pick up your donation.
