Life's circumstances

Life’s circumstances can sometime keep you out of the gym, i.e. kids, work, ailing parents, other commitments. I know, because that happened to me for one week. Still, I never gave up. I worked out at home, increased walking, and was still able to drop 3 lbs.  You have to be committed not only to your exercise routine, but you also have to be committed to eating healthy. You can sabotage your whole weight lost goals with the wrong food choices. I’ve noticed by talking to other people many of us continue to eat what we want and workout. I have found out for myself to be successful I must continue to make the correct food choices. However, I do allow myself to eat what I want on Sunday as a treat to myself for hard work, keeping in mind reasonable portions.
