The December Ice Storm was a very hard time for all Oklahomans. I knew this was going to be the end for me, “The Iron Mom.”

 I lost power to my home and had to spend several nights, with my kids and my Mother, in a hotel. I did work out every night and every morning in the fitness center and that is the only thing that saved everyone, including myself.

Due to weather conditions, I was unable to workout with my trainer, but I still managed to exercise.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I am ready to get back into the gym!!
