Long summer days lead to warm summer nights and a few extra hours to enjoy outdoor fun! To help fill those extra hours, here is a list of outdoor movies and concerts happening across the Oklahoma City metro. Pack up the family and a bottle of bug spray and head out to enjoy a flick or some tunes under the stars.

Outdoor concerts happening across the metro:
FREE Concerts in the Park at Stephenson Park (S Littler Ave & E 4th St, Edmond) features live outdoor music on Thursdays in June, 6-8:30 p.m.
Summer Concert Series at Redrock Canyon Grill OKC (9221 Lake Hefner Pkwy) features live music on the patio every Thursday night, June 4 through September 24. 6:30-10:30 p.m.
FREE Concerts in the Park at Chisholm Trail Park (500 W Vandament, Yukon) features a series of FREE outdoor concerts of a variety of musical genres including country, classic rock, patriotic, classical and pop every Thursday night between June 4-Aug. 6. 7 p.m.
FREE Concerts at Scissortail Park (415 S Robinson Ave) features local, regional and national artists and musicians on select evenings. Concerts will be held on the Love’s Travel Stops Stage & Great Lawn. Guests are encouraged to bring picnics, blankets and lawn chairs.
FREE Concerts @ the Creek at Chisholm Creek (3230 Pawnee Dr) features live music on the Water Stage on Fridays, 7-9 p.m.
FREE Live After 5 at Heartwood Park at Oak OKC (2111 NW 50th St) features live music beneath the Cloud Trees sculpture in the park. Saturdays, 5-7 p.m.
FREE Summer Breeze Concert Series at Lions Park (450 S Flood Ave, Norman) features national and local musicians performing. These May through August, Sunday evening concerts are casual family-friendly events. Bring a blanket and picnic basket. Select Sundays, 7:30 p.m.
Outdoor movies happening across the metro:
FREE Summer Movies at Myriad Gardens (3o1 W Reno Ave) on Wednesdays from June 3 through July 1. Food trucks, 7 p.m.; Activities, 8 p.m.; Film at 9:15 p.m.
FREE Movies in the Park at Moore Parks (various locations) on July 31 & Aug. 14. Activities begin at 8:30 p.m.; movies at sundown. Concessions available.
FREE Movie Night @ the Park at Mitch Park in Edmond. Movie starts at dusk on June 12. Families are welcome to bring food and refreshments.
FREE Outdoor Movie in Norman (various locations) features a FREE outdoor screening of popular movies and more on select nights. Activities begin at 7 p.m.; movie at sundown.
FREE Movies on the Lawn at Chisholm Creek (1332 W Memorial Rd) features outdoor screenings of family-friendly movies on select days throughout the summer.
