Long summer days lead to warm summer nights and a few extra hours to enjoy outdoor fun! To help fill those extra hours, here is a list of outdoor movies and concerts happening across the Oklahoma City metro. Pack up the family and a bottle of bug spray and head out to enjoy a flick or some tunes under the stars.

Outdoor Concerts happening across the metro:

FREE Sunday Twilight Concert Series at Myriad Gardens presented by Arts Council of Oklahoma City on Sundays June through mid-Sept. from 7:30-9 p.m. Bring your family and a picnic and enjoy the great music.

FREE Summer Breeze Concert Series at Lions Park (Flood & Symmes, Norman) on select Sunday evenings through August. 7:30 p.m.

Third Thursdays at Oklahoma City Museum of Art (415 Couch Dr) features  art activities, live music, refreshments and more. Enjoy indoor and outdoor activities including on the Roof Terrace, weather permitting. $12. On the third Thursday of each month, 5 - 9 p.m.

FREE Concerts in the Park at Hafer Park (1034 S. Bryant, Edmond) on Thursdays, June through August, 6:15-8:45 p.m.

FREE Concerts in the Park at Chisholm Trail Park (500 W Vandament, Yukon) features a series of FREE concerts of a variety of musical genres including country, classic rock, patriotic, classical and pop every Thursday night between June 7 - August 2. 7 -8:30 p.m.

Saints Sessions at Saints in the Plaza District (1715 NW 16th St) features local and touring Jazz musicians every Thursday. $10. 8 - 10 p.m.

FREE Summer Nights Concert Series at Central Park Amphitheater in Moore (700 S Broadway, Moore) on Friday nights in June, 8 - 10 p.m.

FREE Family Fridays: Rhythm and Flicks at Charles Johnson Park (29th & Mid-America Blvd, Midwest City) features live entertainment, a movie in the park, yard games, bounce houses, food trucks and more. Held: June 7, Aug. 2 & Sept. 6, 7 - 11:30 p.m.

FREE Wheeler Summer Music Series at the Wheeler Ferris Wheel (1701 S Western Ave) features live music, food trucks, and pop up shops. Select Fridays, 7 - 11 p.m.

FREE Deep Deuce Sessions in Downtown (121 NE 2nd St) features a live music art walk with local artist perform at multiple venues. Last Saturday of the month, 7 - 10 p.m.

Outdoor Movies happening across the metro:

FREE SONIC Summer Movies at Myriad Botanical Gardens’ Great Lawn (301 W Reno) on select Wednesdays in June  & July, 8-10 p.m.

FREE Movie Night @ the Park at Mitch and Stephenson Park in Edmond. Movies start at dusk. Food and concessions available for purchase. No outside food or drinks allowed. Select Fridays in March - Oct.

FREE Movies in the Park at Central Park Amphitheater (700 S Broadway, Moore) on Friday May 17 & August 9. Activities begin at 7 p.m.; movie at 9 p.m. Concessions available: popcorn, FREE; snow cones, $1.

FREE Outdoor Movie Series at Lions Park (450 S Flood Ave, Norman) features a FREE outdoor screening of popular movies and inflatables, face painting, music, arts & crafts and more on select Fridays all summer long. Activities begin at 7 p.m.; movie at sundown.

Dive-In Movies at White Water Bay (3908 W Reno, OKC) on Fridays in July. Movies start at dusk. FREE with park admission.
