You guys are on a roll! The weather has been crazy in the metro but we're so proud to know our Strong Together participants are pushing through it and finding ways to stay active. Most of your kids probably had snow days this week, totally throwing off your normal schedule. If that prohibited you from achieving some of your goals this week, don't sweat it. There's always room for improvement. This week we asked our bloggers about the best benefits of adding exercise to their lifestyle. Here are their responses. Congratulations on making it through week two of training with Strong Together! We hope you are feeling more energetic and excited about the rest of the journey. We asked our bloggers to tell us how their routines have changed over the past two weeks. Many of you will relate with Kristyn, who is traveling for business this week and hasn't had much luck following her training regimen.

Training has officially started for our Strong Together Spring 2015 session. We can't wait to see what you ladies do over the next eight weeks. Our first group run is at 7 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 at Stars and Stripes Park (3701 S. Lake Hefner Dr.). The runners will meet at the south end by the ball fields.
Our Strong Together Fall 2014 team has completed eight weeks of fellowship and training! We are thrilled with how far everyone has come. If our bloggers are any indication of the group as a whole, we can see that the Strong Together experience will go on long after the Susan G. Komen Oklahoma Race for the Cure this weekend.
October brings a pop of color, and we’re not talking about the brilliant reds and oranges of autumn leaves. Breast Cancer Awareness Month puts pink on display on store shelves, sports fields, skyscrapers and everything in between.
This fall, MetroFamily Magazine is once again encouraging metro area women to make health a priority through Strong Together. Earlier this year, we started this fitness initiative with runhers and Red Coyote as a way to form a wellness support group for area moms.
