Congratulations to all our Strong Together participants! It's been a little more than a week since you put it all out there and participated in the Redbud Classic. We're so proud of your progress and your decision to chase a healthier lifestyle. We hope you continue on your fitness journey. Below, find a little post-race inspiration from two of our bloggers. We've come to one of the best parts in our eight-week journey. It's the moment we can look back at the training period and pick out what made us feel the most proud. Our Strong Together participants have made a commitment to pursue health and take care of themselves and you all have so much to feel good about! We can't wait to see you at the Redbud Classic next weekend.

Whether you're comfortable running a marathon now or you're still trying to hit your stride walking a 5K, you've all made so much progress during this Strong Together season. You guys are on a roll! The weather has been crazy in the metro but we're so proud to know our Strong Together participants are pushing through it and finding ways to stay active. Most of your kids probably had snow days this week, totally throwing off your normal schedule. If that prohibited you from achieving some of your goals this week, don't sweat it. Welcome to Strong Together Spring 2015

Training has officially started for our Strong Together Spring 2015 session. We can't wait to see what you ladies do over the next eight weeks. Our first group run is at 7 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 at Stars and Stripes Park (3701 S. Lake Hefner Dr.). The runners will meet at the south end by the ball fields.
