We've come to one of the best parts in our eight-week journey. It's the moment we can look back at the training period and pick out what made us feel the most proud. Our Strong Together participants have made a commitment to pursue health and take care of themselves and you all have so much to feel good about! Whether you're comfortable running a marathon now or you're still trying to hit your stride walking a 5K, you've all made so much progress during this Strong Together season. You've set yourself up for success by committing to trying a healthier lifestyle and you've inspired the women around you to do the same. You should all be proud of the progress you've made.

You guys are on a roll! The weather has been crazy in the metro but we're so proud to know our Strong Together participants are pushing through it and finding ways to stay active. Most of your kids probably had snow days this week, totally throwing off your normal schedule. If that prohibited you from achieving some of your goals this week, don't sweat it. Many of you will relate with Kristyn, who is traveling for business this week and hasn't had much luck following her training regimen.

Training has officially started for our Strong Together Spring 2015 session. We can't wait to see what you ladies do over the next eight weeks. Our first group run is at 7 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 21 at Stars and Stripes Park (3701 S. Lake Hefner Dr.). The runners will meet at the south end by the ball fields.
