Spring and summer bring endless opportunities for outdoor fun to the Oklahoma City metro. Communities in the metro host exciting events filled with live music, local food and activities for guests of all ages. Grab your family and take part in thrilling street festivals in your community this spring or summer.

FREE First Friday Gallery Walk in the Paseo Arts District (NW 30th & 27th Streets, Walker and Hudson Ave.) featuring special themed exhibits, refreshments, guest artists and a variety of entertainment opportunities. More than 20 galleries and several restaurants all within walking distance stay open late to celebrate Oklahoma City’s art community. Entry and most activities are free. First Friday, 6 to 10 p.m.
FREE 2nd Friday Norman Art Walk in the Norman Arts District (Downtown Norman) features a variety of visual and performing arts. Whether you like dance, painting, photography or music, there will be plenty for you to see and hear. All events are free and open to the public. Second Friday, 6 to 9 p.m.
FREE LIVE on the Plaza in the Plaza District (1700 block of NW 16th St). Each second Friday rain or shine, Plaza District businesses stay open late with featured artists, live music, special events, local shopping and more. The event is free to attend and runs on the second Friday each month from 7 - 11 p.m.
FREE Red Brick Nights in Downtown Guthrie (Oklahoma & Wentz Ave, Guthrie) features rotating pop-up shops, food trucks and live music, on the first Saturday each the month May through September. FREE to attend. 5 p.m.
FREE Heard on Hurd Street Fest in Downtown Edmond (Broadway between Main and Hurd) is a pop-up celebration of all things local featuring local musicians and some of the Metro’s best food trucks. Small businesses stay open late for shopping. Entry and most activities are free. Held seasonally on the third Saturday, 6 to 10 p.m.
FREE Industry Flea in Midtown (10th & Hudson) is an open-air market featuring food trucks, live music and a variety of artisans and shops offering vintage clothing, furniture, art, locally-made food and more, June 9 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Admission to the market is free.
FREE Beats & Bites at Riverwind Casino (1544 W State HWY 9, Norman) is a monthly family-friendly music and food truck festival. Dine on some of the best cuisine from local food trucks while enjoying live entertainment under the stars on select Saturdays, June through August from 6 to 10 p.m.
FREE Fiesta Friday in Historic Capitol Hill (SW 25th between Harvey and Robertson) features hot food, cold beverages, live music, dancing, shopping and activities for kids, on the last Friday of June, July & Augus. 7 - 10 p.m.
FREE Midwest Summer Fest at Charles Johnson Park (29th & Mid-America Blvd, Midwest City) features live entertainment, a movie in the park, yard games, food trucks and more, on select Fridays June - September. 6:30 - 11:30 p.m.
FREE First Thursday On the Lawn in the Western Avenue District (6200 N Western Ave) features a family-friendly evening with food trucks, music, kid-friendly fun, yard games and more, on the first Thursday in June. 6 - 9 p.m.
FREE Meet Me at Main at the 10 West Main Shopping Center Parking Lot (10 W Main St, Yukon) features live music, shopping, vendors, food trucks, face painting and children's activities. On the third Friday of June - October, 6 - 10 p.m.
